If you have a HDMI cable, it will work as long as the screen your using also supports HDMI.

If your monitor supports HDMI, you can do HDMI to HDMI. If your monitor got speakers, sound will come out through them. Otherwise, just disable the AMD audio devices under control panel to use external speakers (via sound card or on-board audio). If your monitor DOES NOT support HDMI, you can either get a HDMI to DVI adapter or just a DVI-D cable depending on which is cheaper.
Most cases, the screws for the slots that holds the card got the same thread pattern as the screws that holds the side panel(s). And they can be had for a few cents at any hardware store.

HDMI should be fine. HDMI and DVI are both digital so they should have about the same outputs (depending on cable quality).

The only other places I've gone to get screw packs are at CompUSA or at Microcenter. They run about $7-8, but they should keep you covered for all of your case needs.
