i7 860 vs i7 920 vs i5 2500k

Most people say the i5 2500k has the best price/performance ratio right now, but don't the 860 and 920 have more threads?

i5 2500K have 4 threads (4 Physical cores), i7 860 and i7 920 have 8 threads (4 Physical cores and 4 hyperthreading threads).
