It would help if the PC world wasn't so fragmented and only 2 dedicated GPU companies weren't eternally locked in a pissing match. Right now, it seems like the developers only think about whether or not to incorporate PhysX in their games for PC gaming. Also, it is harder than developing for say XBox. With PC's you have an infinite set of hardware combinations, each with the potential to cause conflicts somewhere. Consoles are all the same, just with different storage sizes.
Also, I can't really see Kepler or Maxwell selling so well because Fermi is pretty much owning every game that is thrown at it.
