server is taking too long to respond

i`m now getting this msg a lot
some sites needs only one refresh and then directly i go on ,some need more and some even 1000 refresh would not make it through
those sites are not blocked my service provider
i have a Billion 5200G RC router on 256kbs ADSL connection (i got average 25kbs download speed)

can some one help

If I were to guess it was your service provider that was having problems. Not much you can do on your end. Try doing an internet speed test during peak hours to see how your service provider is handling it.

In the meantime:
1) Update your motherboard drivers
2) Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
3) Update your firewall's firmware
4) Try changing your DNS server to NortonDNS, ClearCloud DNS, or OpenDNS (not sure where their servers are located in Europe/Asia, so you may need to try all of them out.

i have to say that but i have a laptop that suffers from the same issue with the same sites
so you think that there is not much to do here
btw just wondering does changing the router helps here?
