good to here, if i can get 4.5ghz w/ low temps ill be very happy

No. I said the P67X UD3R.
It isn't out over here yet.

UD3R doesn't have that horrible color scheme.

if your absolutely positive there is no chance of wanting to go sli or crossfire, then go with the ud3. If there is even a small chance you might want a second video card in the future get the ud4. either way, gigabyte makes great boards.
