Yeah that might work although I thinks its actually apart of the copper that was hitting as well. Regardless im sending the H60 back (amazon returns FTW). Will probably be keeping this 620 for the LGA775 and maybe going a RX360 for the LGA1366 or some other real WC loop.

Thanks for doing this. I have a better understanding what will work with those types of Motherboards, so when someone has a question on which to get and which to avoid I can give them solid advice.

No problem and thanks for all the help! Yeah im glad something worked out!

Yes, they are pretty nice. Anyone saying H60 over the 620 is sadly mistaken. The Antec 620 is always closer to the H70 then the H50 in all the tests I have seen. Haven't seen too many H60 test.

Glad you got it working!
Although idk my caps may actually be closer just in a different layout kinda like a really stretched out U shape although mine is a full ATX board.

At post above why even bother posting something like that about the H60 over the 620 if you haven't seen comparisons? The H60 is designed by a different company than the H50/H70 and the Antec 620 etc.

So why don't you overclock with your lapped cooler/CPU when you have water cooling as well? Just benefits of a quiet computer?

NB issues. Even after I did the fix. I'm Folding 24/7 and my temps are 40c CPU/50-53c NB. I need to mount a fan that blows directly on the Heatsink. If I boost up the Ghz on this bad boy the NB might have a plutonium grade meltdown. Soon as I can though I will be building at least a MoBo loop. But that's about $300 for the block the Rad the Lines and the Res/Pump combo.

Been pretty impressed with the 620 to this point so I decided to use the cash from the H60 I returned towards a 920! Will throw it on the i7 this weekend when I have time and compare it to the D14. If it performs anywhere near the D14 ill be holding off on a custom WC loop until I completely upgrade for intels next gen.

The manufacturer is the same - Corsair and antec are not designing these products. They are re-branding Asetek units and the 620 is actually better than the H70 with the same fan configuration, nevermind the h60 or H50.

The Antec units are the best on the market, anyone voting for corsair is either a fanboy or simply hasn't looked at the reviews.

And for those of you saying that the H50 and 620 are the same thing besides the rubber tubing and fan should click the link in my sig.
