i own both and i prefer the H60, looks way better, the antec tubing looks to simple...but if you get the antec/h70 you can use not only for the cpu but for the the GPU as well, as i did. eek.gif

edit: you will need an omni plate of the proli mk-13 or a custom one.

So which 1 is better the Corsair H60 or the Antec 620? I can't decide myself which 1 is better, i've been reading the posts but I want 1 that perform the best and last me a long time.

I don't know which is better. The Antec may be better. However over the weekend, I bought the H60. I was extremely tempted to go for the Antec, but I could pick up the H60 at Best Buy (where I had $20 gift card) plus I have Corsair case, PSU, and RAM. So I went with the Corsair.

Now...I have the H60 setup with only the single fan. Initially I set it up to exhaust and I was not getting great temps. Running stock, no OC, on a 2500k, the OCCT auto test gave me a high of 65.

I ended up switching the H60 (still with just one fan) to intake at the rear of my case; put a single fan on top of my case to exhaust and reseated the pump on the CPU. When I took it off I did find that it wasn't evenly making contact. Once I did all this, I ran OCCT again and my max temp was 50c.

Now that my temps are under control, I do plan to start trying to OC.

I do think the tubes are pretty stiff and I think that contributed to the uneven seating. When I took the pump off to reseat, the contact was not as good on the side opposite where the tubes connect. So when I re-attached it, I made sure to firmly tighten down the screws on the left before doing the screws on the right (side with the tubes).

Well, since the same part maker makes the components for BOTH the Antec and the Corsair (as shown in one of the above links) it is entirely possible for them to "jump right in". Especially since they do most of the testing for months to years before releasing an item to the public.

And in several ways (besides performance) the 620 is superior.. like it's coolant lines. I love Corair, and if my Mobo/Case would allow it, I would have an H100 or one of CoolMaster's TPC 812 sinks (I need a bigger case....) I would. But in the H50/60/70 market, the 620 wins.
