Just updated driver to 270.61, now neither of my cards will fold.

I was using V6, and kept getting the error code 63 (99), and after searching google I was unable to get a solution to this. I tried deleting the queue.dat file and the work folder, to no avail. I then removed V6 and installed V7, hoping that a clean install of the new client would fix the issue. Unfortunately, no. The error is a bit repetitious in V7, so I'll just post the last three minutes of log:

I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, also to no avail. I had the cards clocked up to 950/1900/1750, but have since dropped them down to their stock clocks and voltage, which makes no difference. What else should/can I do?

Apparently this is similar to the beta 270.51 driver error, which for unknown reasons causes an error with the client. Fantastic :-\\

Go back to 266.58. They work for me.

it must be a system specific cause I'm folding on 3 x GTX 460's with v6.40r1 client using 270.61 with no problem at all.

I'm using the tracker and folding on 2 470's and cpu, I am seeing about a 3-400 ppd drop to each 470 from the last drivers I was using 267.24

I can't fold with the latest driver either, 270.61 with the same errors.

I'm running windows 7 64 bit on a celeron 450 with gt 430 and 4 GB RAM.

I was folding fine before the driver update and don't want to downgrade from the MS certified drivers!

How do drivers get certified with problems like this?

not sure if I should leave my PC on. I wonder if it is the core 15. Is there a way to force download of a different core?
