Revodrive or Crucial RealSSD - Page 3

Do some research first before that you sit down and gawk at those speeds

like they are saying no trim no bueno ...

also this compatability chart will help with tested mobos....not all will benefit from a revo but all will benefit with a c300

http://www.ocztechnology.com/display...ibis_moboguide

and even though your board is on there....there is still probally going tobe problems with it

so i would say go with the crucial
or wait it out for something newer to hit with good force

This is a no-brainer.

The only people that would recommend a RevoDrive are the people that have never had an SSD and are going by specs.

I've had 9 SSDs and the Crucial is a NO-BRAINER.

Another vote C300...researched a lot before I bought mine. All the cons others have noted OCZ-unreliable, multiple points of failure (revos are just like 4 small SSD's in raid 0) on an already iffy maker. Cutting edge speed at the sake of reliability may be more tolerable on a CPU but when it comes to irreplaceable work or photo's I go for dependability.
