GSOD more and more often...

I used to not have any troubles with the grey screen of death. Lately though, it seems to be happening quite often. I haven't changed drivers or done any major updates or installs. Minecraft seems to be GSODing a lot, but then, that's my most played game at the moment. L4D2 also has done it a couple of times in the last month.

It's getting to the point of annoyance. I am running 10.6. Should I try a driver update? From what I read, the issues were in versions below 10.3, and 10.3 supposedly fixed all of the GSODs that didn't require an RMA. So am I looking at an RMA at this point?

If it happens with all drivers, and it happens also after a clean Windows 7 re-install (Have you tried that?), then I'd consider RMA'ing the cards.

Considering those GSOD's are coming more and more often, I'd say the card is slowly dying.

Well, I'm not one to just up and reformat, so I probably won't try that. I just don't have time. I might try some other drivers if you think that is indeed the problem.

I suppose I could throw the card into my HTPC and see how it does...
