the I3/i5 thing doesn't make sense as an i3 doesn't perform in many games as well as the i5, over-clocking is "free" performance.
in 99% of cases spend a whole lot of extra $ on ram will net you no advantage on a sandy bridge rig 1600 cas9 is fine.
Overclocking is technically not "free" performance. You have to purchase the necessary cooling equipment to be able to overclock in the first place, so you are atleast throwing out like $25 for a 212+ to get up a GHz.
Get a 2500K. Like someone said earlier, unless you know you need it, you dont need it.
I wouldn't go Corsair for RAM personally, but 8 CAS at $55 is not bad at all.
Change the Black for a Spinpoint F3. Cheaper and better.
Everything else looks great.
