If you were getting stable with 1.355v in the bios with LLC 1 then just keep it at that.
LLC just prevent V droop, which occurs when your pushing a lot of volts through the cpu (i'd say 1.4v+ with Sandy Bridge). The downside with high llc settings (such as level 2) is that the motherboard tends to slightly overcompensate for the vdroop and you will be getting higher volts under load than what you've actually set it in the bios (could be dangerous if your working with very high volts already like 1.5v+). so in my example i'v set cpu volts to 1.43 in the bios but get 1.44 under load because of 'Extreme" or "level 2" LLC setting
