Which board for a budget build?

I'm putting together my second build (this one for under $300), and I've ran into a bit of wall. I have been looking for a motherboard to best fit my build and I can't come to a decision. My build consists of an amd athlon II x3 3.2ghz, 500 watt psu, 2x2 gig ddr3 1600 ram, a mid sized case, and an xfx radeon 4850. The 4850 has athe option of saving $15 when bundling with A biostar board http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138179 which makes my gpu and mobo total to $89.99 AR. The other choice is an ASrock with similar specs http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157176. The ASrock with gpu totals to $115.

Pretty much my question is will I see a $25 difference if I go with the ASrock? I've never overclocked as I'm pretty new to building and the technical side of computers, but I'd like to get into it a bit with this build. Any suggestions would be awesome, and feel free to suggest mobos for similar price if they're better.

Thanks!

The AsRock M3A770DE is one of the few budget motherboards that is any good when it comes to power delivery and consequently when it comes to good over-clocking. You'll still be able to over-clock on the Biostar, just try to keep the voltage at no more than 1.42V. You should still get a decent over-clock. If it'll let you get the 4850 cheaper, go for it.

As for the Power Supply, what 500W is it?

So pretty much the big difference between the 2 is the overclocking potential. I also saw that the biostar only allows up to 1333 ram, will I see a difference between 1600 on the ASrock and 1333 on the biostar?

And my power supply is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341038 $20 on a shell shocker deal.

Thanks for the reply

Sure, lol. I've had a lot of fun building it. Just built a comp for my fiance with pretty much the same stuff as this one and it plays WoW and Fallout: NV flawlessly.

Some things to note: I'm looking to build the system for under $300 including rebates. I am going to be playing World of Warcraft, and possibly some shooters as well and I'd like to play them on mostly high settings with high fps. I already have my hard drive and my DVD-RW. Everything else I'm going to need to buy and here's what I have so far.

PSU: OCZ StealthXstream II OCZ500SXS2 500W ATX12V v2.2/ EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply. $19.99 after rebate (Bought while it was a shell shocker deal...most complaints were about an 8pin connector not being included, other than that it got solid reviews)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817341038

Graphics Card: Assuming the deal to get this card for $49.99 comes back on, this is what I'm goin to get. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-482-_-Product

Processor: AMD Athlon II X3 450 Rana 3.2GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Desktop Processor ADX450WFGMBOX. $79.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103886

Ram: Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model KHX1600C9D3B1K2/4GX. $35.00 after rebate
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820104203

Motherboard: I'll get this if it comes in the combo. I'd be paying $89.99 for both my mobo and gpu http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138179

Case: COOLER MASTER Elite 430 RC-430-KWN1 Black Steel / Plastic Computer Case. $39.99 after rebate
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119227

This totals out to about $265 AR.

The XFX 4850 goin out of stock kind of rained on my parade so if anyone can find a card that will perform just about as good as it for around the same price that would be awesome!
