Recommended program for managing GPU fan speeds

Thread Starter
Hope this is in the right section and if not I do apologize -

I recently got a new Nvidia GTX 570 (woot) and I'm concerned with managing the speed of the GPU fan. I'm also using my older GTX 275 as a secondary card and will need to work with the speed of that fan too.

Currently using MSI Afterburner, which I really like, to manage clock speeds, temp readings, and fan speeds. However, that program doesn't (or I don't know how to) set the GPU fan speeds individually, but makes one setting for both. The problem is that the 2 cards have different speed settings and different cooling needs.
So setting the fan to reach 50% at 60C means a very different speed on each card.

Is there a better program that I could be using, or a way to better configure MSI Afterburner?
Or am I going about this the wrong way?

Yes I'm already using MSI Afterburner, but perhaps I need advice configuring it properly.
And since reading about some burning up their GTX 570s I'm even more concerned about it.

Be careful with that GTX 570..... Especially when overclocking it

Here's a somewhat helpful thread
Have you killed a 570?

MSI Afterburner. Go to settings > fan and setup your own fan graph. I have mine to run at 70% @ 70c and it setps down from there to 30% @ 30c
