Ok, I stared at the pics intensly and wanted to verify and re-verify my thoughts.

You only need to flip the fan on the left side of the heatsink. The one on the right side "IS" blowing into the heatsink.

This might help:

The side with the sticker in the middle is the side that blows.

The side with nothing but the fan is the side that sucks.

Get your blowing and sucking straight man!!

The case fan in the back and the top should be blowing out the case, and the fans in the front should be blowing into the case.

I get these guys and their justification for replacing your PSU, but the wattage is plenty enough. I have a question though. Are you using a 4 pin molex to a PCI-E convertor to power your graphic card or does that PSU actually have PCI-E plugs?

Then you should not generalize, flipping the heat sink does not state that one is less knowledgeable about PCs..... dose it????, well may be does, ....definitely for you ......

Nope the fan at the right side off the heat sink is blowing out, I can easily feel it, putting my hand in front. left side is taking the air in , as stated in my previous posts...where in the left should blow out so that the exhaust fan can also blow out the air.

The front fan is correctly blowing the air in.

About power to GPU there is no converter, I have two power 6 pin molex going straight in to the GPU. Check the following link about the PSU. The PCI-e 6 is the one that is going in to the CPU, two of those BTW.

Don't take it so harsh, It's OK, you don't knew that the fans blow in one direction.
We already get that.

Also, it would be stupid to flip the cooler when you just have to flip the fans...
