Considering Sony technically won, by having the more favorable settlement, I'm hoping other companies will use that to their advantage and sue him down to nothing. This kid represents all things disgusting in society, and needs to be brought down.
I'm prepared for the sheeple hate that this will bring, but the truth hurts - and I'm not afraid of speaking the truth.
Are you sure? I believe most hackers don't advertise to the world what they are doing. In practice he cannot publicize his hacking of Sony products...Let's talk reality. He's put back where most hackers are, shutting the hell up and tinker all you want in private. "Hey lets publicize at a convention
The only thing Sony has done is drive this underground. And really fast. More than likely they'll never see the next one coming. Lumbering giant making obvious moves...
"I'm not supposed to drive over 65 either on my local highway, but I don't take a video of me going 80 through a school zone it and show it to my neighborhood policeman..." Crazy example, as no one would do that, but makes my point.
