Need help overclocking my GTX 560 TFII

Okay, so I want to be able to hit 980/1960/? with my GTX 560 Twin Frozr II, and I've been able to clock it there using stock volts, but after about 45 seconds in Unigine 2.5, it crashes. Does this mean I need to increase my voltage? When it crashes, it gives me an error message, so I'm not sure if it's the graphics card's fault. Do I need to increase my voltage, and what voltage should I use?

most likely yes, its an instability due to a lack of voltage or too high of a clock, which probably isnt the case in this situation.

i assume youre using afterburner? im at 1026mhz, memory at 2310mhz, voltage 1.07, and everything is fine.

even after gaming for a while, the card never get above 62c, so temps arent an issue.

Okay, so I just tried 950/1900/2200 in Afterburner at 1.05V, and now it won't upclock (only gets to about 400 core). Any reason why? Did I mess up my card?
