btw looks like you have a pretty nice system
You probably killed the motherboard from overclocking too much. Take off the heatsink to the left of the CPU socket and look for any burn marks there.

Anyway, if you're looking for a new board (that won't die when you OC), all AMD motherboards can support SLI unofficially. AMD chipsets are much better. You should look into an AMD board, and depending on your budget we could help you.

how would a motherboard die due to overclocking, am I missing something here? You didn't even take the Voltage high?

I bet it was the motherboard. MSI has a history of terrible VRM's on boards and you should exercise caution with high TDP chips such as the phenom quads.

The CPU draws more current than the motherboard can deliver. So if you're running a moderately high overclock like that with a motherboard with 4 cheap phases (or however many that board has) it can't handle it.

Take out your GPU's and try to post with onboard.
If you don't have onboard plug in a PCI card.

Wouldn't that mean its the CPU? Because unpluging that take power from the CPU away.
