gpu cpu bottle neck?

AMD athlon 64 x2 5200+ brisbane
GT 440

Will my cpu bottle neck this and any cards above it like gtx 460?

I'm also trying to decide if i should return my 440gt and get a 450 or 460...

I play CSS and l4d2, and cod...

Help needed!

And I'm trying to OC my cpu but it's not working out. It's giving me bad fps drops in CSS.... And there's these HT freq, PCIe blah blah... giving me headaches

I need to know if I should get the 450 or evefn 460 over the 440 if my current specs are not going to bottleneck so I can go to my local ncix today and get a return/exchange.

Thanks!

Oh and I really have no clue what to do in Afterburner. I'm new! Don't hate

1. Download and install MSI Afterburner from here
2. Open MSI Afterburner, make sure to locate GPU Usage
3. Open task manager with CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
4. Start the games you play
5. Play the game for 5 minutes
6. Alt-tab out and look at GPU Usage and CPU Usage
7. If GPU Usage is at 90-100%, then you are bottlenecked by the GPU.
If it's lower than 90% and CPU Usage in Task Manager is pegged at 100% or so, then your CPU is bottlenecking
8. ???
9. Profit

My GPU usage is ~30% while my cpu is 95-100%. I'm 'not running anything other than css and my ram is almost maxed out to 2gb.
So this means I should... get a new mobo, ram, and cpu..

Depends on the game you play, I'd run 3dmark and record the usage history and look at it after.

I just decided to go for a whole new system.
The problem is I can't afford to get a new OS oem dvd. I have my student upgrade thing that I still have the key and iso file for.
I just need XP installed onto my rig for that to happen... Hmm.... How to do this....

I'm struggling between 460 SLI and 560. However, I don't really need so much power, and I'm only going to have a cpu heatsink hyper 212, and my psu is a 750w tp750...

Asus p8p67 pro
i5 2500k
MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr OC 880MHZ 1GB GDDR5
2x2 4gb g.skill ripjaw ddr3 1600
