My guess is they're going to try to hold onto your money until they receive the defective card.

It's a security deposit. Not having the money in the account may cause problems though.

CALL Newegg and ask them what the deal is, I'm thinking it's just a deposit. Don't do live chat anymore. Lol.

they didn't bill me it says charged,and it never got billed.

They probably have to do it so it looks correct in their system.

If they just sent you the card, they would have one missing from their warehouse, and have no idea where it went.

People were actually raging at Newegg and MSI over this? The fault lies squarely on UPS, and while Newegg and/or MSI can take the loss, they're not responsible for the situation.

I've RMA'd quite a few things through both Newegg and MSI and have had zero issues with either. They've both been very accommodating.

The fact that Newegg went the extra mile in this case (when they really didn't have to) is a testament to their excellent customer service.

for some reason i have a feeling that once the card gets to newegg that theyll decline the RMA and charge me the 325$ for the new card they sent me -_- keeping my fingers crossed because i can't get my rent money ****ed over..hope advanced rma was a good idea.
