all you can do is be patient. Dont do anything rash just yet. As of now there is no reason to contact the bbb or anyone else. Let it play out for a while and see what happens. It might take some time, but i beleive newegg will make this right. I know they dont like unhappy customers. They have a reputation to maintain and if they go screwing people over it will tarnish.

The sad thing is, this really should be on msi. They should be the ones making this right. The fact that they dont have any refurbs is a bs excuse. They should send you a brand new replacement card. The exact card you payed for. But it doesnt work like that i guess.

The last entity I would deal with is UPS. You can expect your money back from them by 2018.

NewEgg should have already fixed this, this is pretty damn disappointing to hear about. MSI is dropping the ball here too big time, glad I always stay away from their products.
