Looks very similar, your burst is higher than the OPS but the min. is still way too low like his. It should be around 50 mb/s

Definitely not right. Bummer. Your black should be around the 7.5ms mark for access time and your minimums should be 50/60MB range.

The HD Tune Manual says:

An important parameter of the test is the Burst Rate. This value should always be higher than the maximum transfer rate.
A lower value is usually an indication of a configuration problem.

Both of your burst rates are too low. According to that it may not necessarily be a hardware issue. (probably is though)

Try running the same benchmark in safe mode and see what happens.

those HDtune numbers look fine .... as i kept reading the thread, maybe not.

are all programs loading slow? even IE9?

yeah, the way I understood it everything loaded slow, but once they were in ram it ran normally.

Cloned my HDD, everything is running smooth now. Benchmarks are standard, for my HDD at least. Thanks for the help everyone.
