I think I may have a PSU problem.

(All info is regarding my sig rig)

I've recently had some issues with my new crossfire setup. But they were problems that no one else had, after many days of searching and asking for help.
-GPU fan speed fluctuates
-Can't overclock as high as in single card configuration
-Overclock constantly resets itself
-GPU usage far from ideal
-Inconsisntency in FPS
-Extrme stutter
The list goes on...

And now my CPU overclock is reseting itself automatically and I'm constantly getting BSODs for no reason.

So I'm suspecting that I have a PSU problem.
Because I've never had any of these issues before I added a second graphics card.

But here's the deal.

I had a high-pitched squealing problem with this PSU before, so I RMA'd my PSU. I was sent a Rev 3 PSU in return (as opposed to the Rev 5 PSU that I sent in). I figured, oh well, if I have problems with it then I'll contact Antec but if not I will just use it. Well now it might be having problems...

Oh also I have not seen any physical indications that the PSU is bad (no strange noises, no squealing, etc)

What should I do? I think I'll buy a Corsair unit rather than RMA'ing this Antec, because from my experience these units aren't the most reliable.

One thing you can do is look in the power supply and see if there are any bulging capacitors or scorch marks.
I would have raised hell with Antec if they had sent me an inferior replacement, even if it is just an older revision.

The older revision certainly had less problems than the newer revision.
Or at least it didn't make a high pitched squeal every few minutes...

What does a bulging cap look like?

I would RMA this unit and sell the one they send back.

Here's another shot of some bulging caps....
