Recently OC and now PC crashes after sleep

I recently OC'd my pc to 4.8 at 1.35v and i can run it for hours in prime 95 with no problem. I havent done the 24 hour test but 5 hours seems to be no problem the only issue is if i put the PC to sleep and then restart it goes to desktop for about 15 seconds and then restarts.

I want to think its stable but if it cant wake up from sleep its obviously not. This might be a silly question but is there anything i can do to fix this other than lowering my OC?

Have you tried IntelBurnTest? I heard it can detect CPU errors far better than Prime95 can in less time.

Also, does your voltage fluctuate from sleep mode to normal mode?
