So i went ahead and purchased this newly released monitor from LG. It's the LG E2770V-BF and according to some sources, it has a new IPS panel which i'm still not sure.
I did compare the LG with my Samsung S27A550H which is a newly released 27" LED TN panel.

Standard packing here:

It comes with: Power, DVI, VGA Cables and a Remote w/ separated Battery + Driver Disc.

Some keys features!! It doesn't mention IPS Panel anywhere tho

Overall Look:

Here are pics of the LG and the Samsung S27A550H

Here are 2 pics when 2 monitor in Fullscreen mode w/ a all black background. We can see that the LG has much better black than the Samsung. No matter how i tried to tune up the Samsung, it was just not able to produce an all black screen.

Here is an all white background:

The LG's menu, not bad but it's kind of hard to control in the dark

I tried to find a way to test this monitor and this website says: If you can see all the shades and separate them from the black mid then your monitor is probably calibrated. With the LG, i could see all the shades, but not with the Samsung tho. I tried to adjust the settings but didn't work out (maybe i'm noob
).

Samsung:

I've owned the U2410 before and i know that IPS has very good angle views so i tried on this LG. I'm not sure if it's good or not
, kinda forgot how the U2410 looked
.
I think the colors were still pretty good, but don't take my words on it.

UPDATED:
After some readings, this monitor probably has TN panel. I was able to get to the Service menu and it says it has LM270WF2 panel. According to TFTCentral, LM270WF2 is a TN.
