MCP Temps Are Too High

Today i noticed that my MCP Temp is 77C Idle 81C under load
other temperatures:
Motherboard 34C
CPU 50C
Cpu Core 1 54C
GPU Diode 53C
My system is very very stable no crashes no random restart it is stable but how with this MCP (southbridge i think or maybe no ) Temperature
MotherBoard: ASRock K8NF6G-VSTA

MCP? AMD systems have no MCP like Intel LGA775
That might be the VRM system of your motherboard, they usually can run hot
What CPU are you trying to use on it?

I actually didnt find the section where my question should fit , and i have amd processor , so i came in this section , and my processor is AMD Sempron 2800+ running at 1.6ghz stock with stock cooling about 54C as i said above

what is your cpu at load 54C?
69c is the max for that cpu.
as xd said vrms tend to run a little hot.

yes it is 54C after 4 hours of gaming but not idle and sorry i am new here and i dont know what VRM means

Voltage Regulator Module


the more vrm's the less heat is generated because each vrm has less of a load on them.
is how i understand it.
