Antec has multiple 12v rails whereas NZXT has a single 54A rail

the price difference between the two is not much though around 20$ ???

Give that a read as well.

Anyway, they are both pretty close, but the NZXT is overall a little better.

okay cool so what matters more is voltage regulation, ripple suppression and the build quality rather than efficiency or multi rail ....

Hmmm.. antec is cheaper in that sense, also has more service providers in my area then NZXT, so Antec would be the better choice i guess in my case, unless people at NZXT give me some kind of a mindblowing deal...
