I entered the discounts and promotions pricing chat.
I filled in my customer and sales #s, explained the pricing, told them that my order on 3/27 was less than 30 days ago. He asked for the promotion code and I gave it to them. That's basically all.
I just got the email with the $10 customer care gift card.
