That is the point the OP is trying to make!
For what you might consider a 'typical' user I can concede that point. You can't play 1.5Tb of games at once.
For myself, I use my machines for work, and use several 'space hog' app's on a daily basis. Moving app's from hdd to ssd (as you would for those with a large quantity of games) for as often as I need to access them all on a daily basis would defeat the purpose. Even then, for me personally, this is only one of a few reasons I do not run ssd's. Don't get me wrong, they're great, and if I had a few hundred dollars around and nothing better to do with it
, i'd get some. But with my list of crap to buy, that's not likely to happen in the near future.
Generally speaking though, I think it's simply that for most people it's just not a big priority....especially if they've never used one.
