Amd 1090T stable OC for a use of 24/7 help?

Hello everyone!
So i got an amd 1090T and i ll like to OC it to a stable not max,for just that notch more from my current system and for a use of almost 24/7.Im a kind of newb or a starter of OC and i ll like any kind of help or suggestions!

Get a lot more benefit from clocking the CPU/NB rating to 2800-3000 than you do off the processor clock, but mine under a full cooling loop sits at 4.3ghz daily max 4.56ghz with a 3000 cpu/nb

Hello Paul and thanks for droping by, 4.3ghz you dont think is toooo much for my kind of use?I want to make an OC and not bother my self to look at anything again 3.8-4 i guess is something ll not drive me nuts on temps and instability?I may sound stupid but im kinda clueless if only stock can run with no problems or not!

You can easily hit 4Ghz stable with that board and that cooler.

Before i go through the OC of my cpu should i make my H50 P/P?Atm i run it as stock!

Yes. I would recommend using Scythe Gentle Typhoons if you can find them. Otherwise, try to find a fan with similar specs to the one on there now.

I was thinking to place both white fans of my ex thermaltake frio that i had before installed on my cpu.Is that a good idea?
