Water block with pump question! Help!

Thread Starter
So I have an old cpu block with a pump built into it, very low lh. I really don't want to shell out extra cash for a new block, will it be alright if i use that block and add a new pump to the line to increase the lh? should i leave the pump on, on the block? shut it off and let the main pump do the work? any ideas here?

no, don't do that. it will put way to much strain on the pump.

just get yourself a new block. you can get some decent ones for as low as $40 new and you can get some of the really good blocks for that price used in the for sale section.
