I played Portal 2 last night after I got home from work. I didn't do any of the Single Player yet, but I did some co-op with a friend. Beat it in a couple of hours, but it was very entertaining. Fairly simple, but definitely required teamwork and timing. Looking forward to custom MP levels.

Tonight I hope to play some Single Player... but so far the game is a 10 in my book!

I voted 8.

Spoilers below tell why.

They removed pneumatic diversity vents... what the hell?
secondly, there was a bunch of levels simply missing. Levels from the videos on youtube that I was looking forward to playing.
You can't tease people with gameplay features and designs, only to release something either totally different or totally missing the advertised features.

This. It's a LOT more irritating to see people flame members posting in the wrong section than it is to have the members posting in the wrong section in the first place.

Cleaned and moved.

Very much agreed, I thought nothing of it. I just voted, reported and off my way, maybe a little message reminding the OP that it was in the wrong section but Flame?? Why Flame? what does it gain?

Only reason I gave this a 9 and not a 10 was the somewhat cheese-ball humor of Glados in COOP. Definitely groan worthy in spots.

Bonz, mine wasn't a flame, but a reminder that there tend to be release discrepancies between nations and continents sometimes, and regardless of initial online releases, it, in fact, exists as a truth that it may be a week early here, but the other lot may wait a day, week, month, or so, before a game is available to their particular sections of the world, and to assume a supremest attitude toward the notion of congenial American tendencies, just simply wanted to supply peace with an accurate response.

I have been loving this game so far. My roommate and I were playing co-op tonight and breezing through the puzzles since we are both good at this type of stuff. Simply a wonderful game. I gave it a 9 and not a 10 simply for the fact that we had a glitch happen that caused us about 10 minutes of trying to figure out what we were missing when we didn't actually miss anything. The end of a puzzle required refracting a laser through a couple portals into a receptacle to raise some stairs to get to the exit door. We did everything and had it all right, the receptacle was lit up and the line to it changed to orange signaling it was activated, but the stairs (that we didn't know about at the time since it was the first time doing that puzzle) didn't raise so we couldn't get to the exit. Wound up running around for 10 minutes looking for something we may have missed, then randomly tried re-shooting the last portal for the laser which activated the receptacle again and then the stairs raised, weird, somewhat frustrating.

Definitely a solid game though, very brilliant, especially the co-op.
