Not seeing any overclocks at all - Page 4

i suppose your probs are ram related.

you use this one

http://geizhals.at/deutschland/a486992.html
or
http://geizhals.at/deutschland/a624867.html ??

does not make sense to use this kind of expensive oc ram on p67;better go with 1,5 v 1333/1600 sticks.

try to find a 1600 or 1333- setting with these sticks above(if you have no other)... at lower v dimm first

edited your settings:

Thread Starter
Well, I found out what it was. I found out that the ram won't run at the correct voltage, as if I raise the DRAM voltage above 1.45 V, I get the error 45 code. So, I'm RMAing my 8 gbs of ram, and picking up 16GB of G.Skill Eco for $80 less. I figure the performance should be about the same, since I could set more aggressive timings on the ECO, due to it's 1.35V spec. Well, I actually haven't done this yet, I'm quite open to memory suggestions.

Finally, thank you to Clock12, you were dead on the money.

as far as i can see, there is no gskill eco dimm 16gb kit available. you have to buy 2 different 8 gb kits-maybe no big deal, but who knows.

check,if you really need 16 ,cause you will probably have an easier oc using a 2x4 kit :

i am running these flawlessly on the extreme 6 @ 8-9-8-24 /1,515 v

of course 16 gb kit available:

EDIT:

When I was looking at the Advanced portion of my BIOS, it said that the processor speed was 3400 MHz, the Ratio Status was "Full Unlocked", and the Ratio Limit was Max:34, Min:16. What is up with that?

Optimized CPU Setting: Default
CPU Ratio Setting: Manual
Max Ratio:42

The memory is on the standard XMP settings, except that I changed the DRAM Frequency to 2133 to match the mobo.
