[PSU][UK] tester/reviewer needed.

Thread Starter
Basically I have my trusty Commodore Gaming 750w I would like it to go under the microscope if someone is willing to do it

It was pretty cheap but has been a very, very solid PSU for me and I would really like to know how the insides of this stack up against other PSU's.

Ill ship it to whoever will take it fully apart to take a look as iv only taken lid off to peak inside and then would like it shipped back once they have finished (Ill cover shipping costs obviously)

May be an unusual idea, but any takers?

I might give it a go, assuming you can pay shipping overseas and low-ball the value for customs. I understand if you'd rather keep it on your side of the pond though.

Id love for you to test it but I think even if I was to send it for the cheapest option it would cost me alot due to it weighing 2kg or more.

Trying to find more information on the PSU for prospective testers >

Basically everyone iv spoken to about it thinks its POS. But it handled every system I owned without a hitch, including a 1055t @4Ghz with tri-fire 5850's along with CF/SLI systems all OC'd and never a problem.

Just checked and it would cost about £20 ($30) to ship to the US.
If you would split this with me id ship it to you, and then I dont know what we'd do after your finished with it

I'm kind of skint right now, so I don't know if I can justify that at the moment (plus I need to finish my TX650v2 review which has been dragged out way too long by problems and writers block) but if you haven't already found someone local by the first week of May I might be able to do that.

Ok, thanks! Will PM you then if no1 shows up.
Id pay the £20, but I think once youve finished testing it would be easier for you to do as you will with it in the US instead of costing another £20 to ship back, so it saves me a bit of money and kind of a free gift for ya
