AMD Athlon II X4 640 + mobo

Hello!
I'm planning on upgrading my system to a better one . I need a new mobo / ddr3 and PSU , all that i'm planning to buy soon.
So I was aiming for Athlon II X4 640 processor , and I need some infos from you guys on that processor. How good is it actually? OC experiences?

For that i'd also need a new MOBO , I was aiming for some of the asrock motherboards . I'll give you link to them in my shop , scroll down for description
This one is cheap and i'm most interested in it :

However I could afford more money for the motherboard , but If I can save money on it it would be great.

This one is also interesting , however I don't see how much it differs from the first one?

And the last one (the most expensive one) http://www.links.hr/index.php?naziv=...kl=050.303.494

Which one of them would be best suitable for that processor and say DDR3 1600 memories . Also would be nice if they had good overclocking support!

Please advise! Thanks

I love my M3A770DE (the cheapest one). It performs great overall and overclocks well too.

the athlon II 640 is not bad i can get mine to 3.8 stable about max for this chip runs well and its only 10% slower than the phenom II due to the lack of a L3 catch
Not sure on mobos i know the foxconn A9DA-S is pretty good 8-2 phase so good to oc on + the moth-sets are heat-synced
A9DA-S

not sure of the average price of the board but it looks a good one
