was it a quality power supply listed here?:

if it was then it shouldn't have been smoking.....

Just don't run furmark and you would be fine with a quality 650w. Obviously you wouldn't have a lot, if any headroom and the PSU will be running near its limit but It'll work

Seasonic-built quality design
GTX 460 are some 150W each? The x6 is 125W stock
I say your good, I ran my 1055T with 2 GTS 250s also at 120-150W each, my 650W of same design handled it no sweat; CPU and 2 GPUs were all OCed

for which? i would say that by no means should he be that careful with the sli 560 ti setup.... now as for the 570 sli...... i still want to know what they meant by "fine" but..... if the test system at guru3d only maxed out at 573w i would say that there would be need for babying a 570 sli setup either.... i would say that guru3d just wants you to spend more money.....

the XFX P1-650X-CAH9 is not listed there and that is the one in your sig rig...... the 750w version IS listed but that is the seven hundred and fifty watt version not the six hundred and fifty watt version..... the xps, pro, and core xfx 650w psus are there as well but not the xxx edition....

I prefer to see a 750W for SLI 570s. 650W can work, but the 570s, 470s, and 580s should be on a 750W for SLI in my opinion. 480s need an 850W.
