Folding Build Advice

Thread Starter
I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum earlier.

I want to build a folding computer from some spare parts I have. Wanted to get your opinions on this.

Here is what I have:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ BE

Mushkin Enhanced 2GB (2X1GB) DDR2 800

Samsung Spinpoint F3 500gb

Sapphire Radeon HD 4890 Vapor X OC edition

And these are the parts I'm looking at getting from newegg to complete:

Sony Optiarc DVD Burner - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827118040

HEC Blitz Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811121096

Spectre X195 Monitor - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16824112016

ASROCK MB - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157226

Antec Earthwatts 430W PS - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371034

Rosewill RCX-Z1 CPU Cooler - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835200014

Total for the parts comes to $274.50 with shipping.

Comments and Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Money Pit

What would you be folding? CPU, GPU? both?

nVidia still has the lead when it comes to folding GPU's
That x2 won't yield many points but it will give you some.

I was thinking with the parts I have, it probably would be better for GPU folding, but I'm not really sure. I just figured this would be a way to put the parts to good use other than just laying around taking up space.
