4 pin molex to 3 pin fan adapter?? Also CPU Fan question?

Alright maybe I'm just not looking in the right place, but I CANNOT, for the life of me, find a 4 pin molex (male or female) to 3 pin (female). The APEVIA 120mm fan I got plugs in right to the PSU via Molex, and didn't come with an adapter so I can plug it into the MoBo so I can control the fan speed. Do any of you know where I could pick somethin like this up?? Preferably cheap because I can't understand why they didn't include it in the fan. sozo.gif:sozo:I have been looking on NewEgg.com for awhile and all I can find is Molex to 3 pin male. I can't use the 3 pin male I already have an adapter like that.

Thanks guys.

Also I was looking at this CPU fan and heatsink, because the one that came with my AMD Phenom II is.. Well tiny. frown.gif I just built this computer, it's an AM3 Processor but the MoBo can handle AM2/AM3/AM3+.

Once again,
Thanks guys.

Thank you guys the fan noise on this thing is driving me crazy. Although I'm pretty sure it is the CPU fan. >_>
