Hey, ive just purchased 2 Hitachi 1tb 7200rpm HD's and would appreciate any help setting up raid0. My mobo is a P5Q-Deluxe. I have windows 7 home premium installed up to sp1.

Thanks in advance

Hello,
Well first of all in order to set RAID 0 configuration you need to know that the disks will be erased.

Ok, Plug your two HDD and enter the BIOS then Sata configuration and change IDE to RAID
Then you'll be promoted to set the configuartion for the HDDs. You'll choose the two HDDs you want to stripe.
After that, when installing windows, U need to use a USB to load the RAID 0 drivers inorder to install windows.
I hope this helps you.
Here is a Video

I'll edit this post with more detalied info.
Good luck!
BTW, Welcome to OCN!

Other than, with Windows 7, the drivers are already loaded for most chipsets, it IS that easy.
