The MMX300 Manufaktur is $319 but the regular MMX300 is $366(349 amazon). The difference is that the regular MMX300 comes with that USB sound card and mute button on that cable? Wouldn't that be worse than connecting to your Xonar STX directly?

The DT 770 M is for drummers and $194 compared to $261 for the 770 Premium. I'm assuming they're using this M design in the MMX300? Would it be cheaper but equal in sound quality to get the 700 M and a clip on mic?

Also, is the only difference between the 880 and 990 being closed and open? I also saw on the 880 page that it's a new revision of the model; how would phaseshift know which revision he got?

Sennheiser HD600 is not exactly a budget headphone, plus you need an expensive amplifier to drive it.
