I personally thought it was an average game. Didn't blow my mind like Crysis Uno did. Crysis 1 set the bar quite high, and while Crysis 2 is fun to play, won't knock that at all, and is visually appealing, it feels more restrictive, more linear.. idk maybe I'm way off... it didn't bring anything of "Shock and Awe" value to me like Crysis 1 did
All in all, haters gonna hate, fanbois gonna fanboi out... and the typical OCN day continues.
lol tru dat!
but think about it this way, its a CITY. much less places to roam around there! Crysis 1 took place in a jungle, so its clear that C2 feels more linear.
still, they could have allowed more areas to move around. when i saw barriers i kinda threw up a little.
still, i enjoyed the game, AND THATS WHAT MATTERS

Mod tools are a far superior addition than some microsoft direct x gimmick.I dont know if the sdk exposes the dx11 features of the engine yet.
DX11 isnt needed as much. what crysis 2 needs is BETTER TEXTURES.
then we could (possibly) mod in more destructable environments & DX11, since the engine fully supports it.
