Above 1600mhz RAM it's hard to get the advertised frequency without increasing voltages/tweaking the RAM on your own.

Whoops, my bad. Yes I mean CPU-Z. I also have GPU-Z installed, but meant CPU-Z. Just to clarify, I was using the right program, but used the wrong terminology. Brain fart combined with frustration when I banged out my first post.

I guess I'll just manually OC, as that seems to be the common theme here.

The IO panel stuff is a notorious problem with CM, hence why I went Bit Fenix. You can contact CM and get a replacement for your problems.

The AI suite is not good for OCing, it works yes, but it has been shown to over volt. You will get better results OCing yourself and these days its not too scary. I could pretty much just set my multipler up to 45 slight tweak to volts and good to go.
