Does Nick* have the order right? (Obviously a very loose test fit)

I would not put the pump on top of the ssd. Other than that looks good to go.

Yeah, I would put the pump on the bottom of the case as you have it right now.

If you are using 2.5" SSDs then you can cram a few into one 3.5" HDD mounting. This would remove the need to mount the pump on top of one. I can't really see anything wrong with mounting the pump on top of an SSD, they are not bothered by vibrations and run cool, but why not avoid potential problems if you can?

You can also mount the pump on it's back so that the inlet faces up and use the bottom port of the res for an outlet. That would prevent needing to turn the flow round too much.

Other than that it is all good.

No, it doesn't have to be facing in any direction. I just said that he can put it that way which will make the tubing a bit cleaner, but it is fine in any orientation.

I would either mount the pump on the top or the bottom of the case. Mounting it on top of your SSD is just asking for trouble IMO. The airflow you have looks like it'll work just fine though.

Why not move the rad to the top interior of the case where the 2 black fans currently live?

Also having hot air from the radiator going into your case, passing over the cpu, just to be pulled back out again seems VERY silly. If you want to keep the rad where it is, have it blowing away from the case, build a diagonal divider between the rad and the case to the case intake and rad exhaust (or vice versa) do not mix and make for worse temps.

Yes this is Nickay's computer. I'm not sure why I posted this for him...

It's a 240 rad. Those top two fans are 140mm. A 280 Rad will go there later when he cools his 570s.

That's exactly what I thought. Nick thinks he'll get better temps if the rad is in-taking cool air rather than pulling in warm air from inside the case. I don't think it's worth sacrificing the temps of all the motherboard components for a few degrees on the CPU, especially since his CPU temp will be low to start with this setup.

Nick, you should keep everything inside the case. Otherwise what's the point of red tubing? Plus, you don't have much space behind you case with your new desk set-up.

And mount the SSD in a 3.5 bay. Or at the top of the case in that external SSD thing if you really want people to see it. Put the pump on the bottom where you had it in the first picture.
