Here's some more details:
CPU-Z Validator 4.5ghz

I think I'll try to hit 4.7 or 4.8 since I have the Hyper 212+
Another thing, after I got it to 4.5ghz and 1.408 VCore, I saw a jump in temps, avg Core temps are 70C now. (This is under full CPU load in prime 95) Still OK?

4.5 @ 1.408 is pretty high vcore for that clock.

1.4 seems bit high. Yea try to mess with the vtt voltage as well. Seems increasing that few notches at a time helps you lower your vcore. I'm also at 4.5ghz stable in ibt for 10 passes on high settings, but I still fail prime.

for a 1.4v core id expect around a 4.8ghz overclock. Be carefull with that cooler around 4.8ghz mark, Things get much warmer around this are where better coolers are needed

Yea thanks guys, I read some other people's articles who have the 2500K and then saw that 24/7 stable benching gets them 4.5 @ about 1.3V

The VCore was set to auto under ASUS' EFI Overclock settings. I have changed it to 1.300v

It booted and I'm running prime right now does this look better guys?

EDIT:
By the way: CPU Temps are now 59C

Ambient is 29C

Much better no? Does VCore increase temps even if it's clocking the same?

Yes an increase in vcore with the same clock will make that clock run hotter.
