Disconnect everything, but the video card, cpu and memory(and of course the cpu fan).

Leave all power cables necessary to power the above items plugged in and disconnect everything else.

Go from there.

What the hell is a jcmos button? As far as I know the only thing on your motherboard that can power it up is the power button, if it even has one.

okay, well i got the power button to work on the case I accidentally had the wire plugged into the wrong slot on the mobo so the pc right now is just turning on and off repeatedly jcmos is to reset the bios and it also has a power and reset button on my mobo and it displays the cpu temp lol... anyway yea so it keeps turnin on and off with no beeps.

No offense, but since you didn't plug in the power connectors in the right spot, it couldn't hurt to recheck all other connections.

Did it come with a speaker with very short wires to plug into the front panel connector area? Perhaps someone who owns one will know if this thing has an on-board speaker already.

Well it looks like it has a speaker on the bottom left. So I can only assume it shuts down rather quickly before it has a chance to test anything.

To be perfectly honest, I would completely dismantle it and reassemble it out of the case and go from there.

Do you happen to have a PSU Tester? A quick check with one might be your answer.

Wouldn't hurt. A quick test should suffice.
