Yes it is but no one told me that –norestrictions on launcher would do the trick. It solved my problems and I was ready for new one. Now I have full game control over settings but after a while my resolution "breaks" so I was unable to see radar or weapon icon on upper right corner, my resolution becomes bigger... and colors become brighter as well...

Well there is no guarantee but I'm sure it's quite safe, at least I did not seen anyone complaining about their hardware or even broken win installation. Other than that it might happen while in game probably as a result of bad enb configure, nothing permanent that can't be fixed. Also ENB is biased to tweak it on DX 9 level. It's probably best to start with 0.81 version with no serious modification and go from there, you can always add other patched files for graphic etc...
Good luck...

The car pack I posted a few pages back is the most realistic and use the taxi bug fix included with the one posted in the youtube vid on the last page, that seems to work fine for me

That's the pack that gave me the taxi issue

Have you tried the fix that comes with the pack from the youtube video on the last page? The pack I posted gives me the taxi bug but the fix on the last page works. I've tried about 5 fixes and that is the only one that worked for me.

I misread your post: i thought it said it CAME with the pack. BTW does it fix the tipping as well?

How would i install the scripts? I'm slow

Another question; for reality IV, do i need to rename the comandline.txt?

Just place the 'Scripts' folder into your GTA IV main directory, where the 'Common', 'PC', etc folders are. By tipping do you mean the cars turning over? I didn't see that happen with the pack when I used it, the handling should all be fine. Cant help you on the Reality thing sorry I dont use it myself.
