Critique my parts list?

CPU COOLING: Noctua NH-D14
MOBO: p67 Sabertooth
CASE: Fractal design R3
GPU: Unlocked 6950, crossfire later
SOUND CARD: Asus Xonar DX
PSU: Corsair 850HX (Will this be enough for CF 6950s?)
RAM: 8 gigs Kingston HyperX 1600MHz
HDD: Raid 0 1 tb Samsung F3
OS: Win 7

Once i sell my kurzweil pc88 (anyone in LA interested in buying? https://post.craigslist.org/k/OBD_-Z...jPmd?s=preview) I'll have the funds to get this rig.

Critiques?
Suggestions?

Samsung F3 HD502HJ or 103SJ will be faster than Caviar.

that will be kick ass system your going to have I don't see anything to change pretty much solid build right there, Only thing I can suggest is getting one 60gb ssd for os and programs if it fit on your budget.

Is there any benefit in waiting for the X68 motherboards?
I really don't know what the new features they introduce are, other than the onboard video (or so ive heard) from the H67 chipset.

Do you think i could take this rig to 5 gigglehurtz?

Also, do you think ill hit any bottlenecks on my overclocking with this RAM? Im on a quest for 5 GHz and i dont want to make a stupid mistake and stop myself.

Well it may be a little easier to OC with 4GB of ram compared to 8

Depending on what you do mainly with the system, it might be better to wait for Ivy Bridge. At least by then SB should hopefully come down a little in price

PSU fine. But i do recommend getting 2600k if you can.

Well it depends what he wants to use it for really. If it's just gaming, then the 2500k will be a better option.
