I never run out of ammo, but I also don't leave my weapons on full auto ethier
Yhe Scar with a scope and silencer makes for one heck of a sniper weapon.

Also if you think there is a lack of ammo and the suit needs more energy then check out crymod portal, this is were this game really shines, in the mods

I like to play on Delta, the Koreans will actually come looking for you then, so you find a snipers nest, toss a grenade or pop of a shot at some soldier and then all the KPA soldiers will flock to your killing field

Well, first, he was using Epsilon AI config, which is like Delta difficulty++

Plus, he is showing all the different ways you can approach it. Sure, you could fit a silencer and sit in a bush to pick them off, but it's a lot more fun his way. Watch his Iron Man series if you want him actually kicking ass; he is trying to teach in the video I showed.
