What Would Be The Better Approach?

I've been contemplating my game plan for my new rig for about a month now. Well, a few months. I'm looking to upgrade to something along the lines of what is in my signature right now, as my future rig. That is what I'm aiming for(I'm always open for suggestions). In the ongoing debate, of will Bulldozer be better than Sandy Bridge, I don't really care too much. I'm not going to be able to buy all the parts for another month, most likely. I have about $800 right now. So my question is more along the lines of...

Should I not purchase things in different time intervals, or should I? Example, on Newegg, they have a Crucial 128gb SSD for $55 off(proof).

Should I jump on it?! Or should I wait until I can purchase everything?

Same with this.

If I'm content with what I want(which is in my sig), should I start buying parts as I see them become onsale or when I have the money for them, or wait and get everything at once?

I don't plan on plugging anything up to my current rig. Since I'm going to be selling it. So I'm asking this because, if a month goes by, and I purchase something today.. What if it doesn't work?

Now why did I even mention Bulldozer? Well, the pros vs cons here look like this(so far):

WAITING PROS:
-May be Bulldozer could be worth the wait.
WAITING CONS:
-It's more time I'll have to wait before being able to know what I'm going to buy exactly.

BUYNOW PROS:
-Have something to look at.
-Could possibly save money with deals on Newegg/Tiger Direct/etc.
-Will know what I'm going after.

BUY NOW CONS:
-It may not be as good as Bulldozer.

I just need a weee-little bit of guidance here of what would be the better decision. Or if one's past experience has an impact on my decision.

If you're going to wait, wait to buy everything. Prices will not go up on you. There will be as good or better deals when you finalize your decision.

I always buy everything at once. Money in the bank makes money for you. Investments in un-used hardware do nothing for you. They can only depreciate.

Even though things like that SSD would be $55 off?

I've always followed the thought process of if you need it NOW, buy it NOW. If you can afford to wait, WAIT. The only time I'd buy something that I didn't need right away was if it was in short supply or on massive sale.

When does BD hit? June? You'll be able to find that or better in two months. SSD prices have been falling steadily since they came out.

If you're talking about two weeks, then sure, jump on it.

Hmm... I like what you've said about the steady drop in price of SSDs. That eases my mind a bit.
