Pokemon Tower Defense! I just found it today, it's a lot of fun and blends the feel of the old Pokemon and TD games well.

Revenge of The Titans is a pretty cool tower defense game, it also has a bit of some RTS elements as well, the blend IMO is pretty good. I also hear Plants Vs Zombies is lots of fun as well.
